Returns on Customized Items
Personalized/custom products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to size, color preference, or change of mind. Please double-check spelling, punctuation, and capitalization—your text is printed exactly as typed.
Production issue? If your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we’ll reprint or refund the affected item. Normal color variation and minor placement tolerances aren’t considered defects.
Shipping
Canada orders: Hoodies ship domestically from Canada with tracking. If you also order a mug, the mug may ship from the USA to Canada and arrive separately. Duties/taxes on the mug may be collected by the carrier at delivery.
Packing slips don’t show prices.
