Shipping

Canada orders: Tees ship domestically from Canada with tracking. If you also order a mug, it may ship from the USA to Canada and arrive separately. Duties/taxes on the mug may be collected by the carrier at delivery.

Returns on Customized Items

Personalized/custom products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to size, color preference, or change of mind. Please double-check spelling, punctuation, and capitalization—your text is printed exactly as typed.

We’re happy to make it right if there’s a production issue. If your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we’ll reprint or refund the affected item. Normal color variations between screens and printed fabric and minor placement tolerances are not considered defects.
